Leaders 2.0? How do you describe the leaders of the future?

My answer to Alfredo Jorge was,

Kindness, Duty consciousness and Patience are the qualities of a good Leader. Leading from the front, being the right example, setting high standards to the team are the key traits of a Leader. According to me, the qualities / traits of a Leader does not change over period. And this does remain the same for the past, present as well as the future Leaders.
